About Natasha Pasemko

Natasha is a Relentless Outreach Recruiter at YOUCAN Youth Services. Natasha completed her Psychology degree at the University of Alberta in 2020. Upon graduating she has worked as a Care Aid with a little boy who was Autistic and as a Family Support Worker in Elementary School’s to support the mental health of both the students and families. In both roles Natasha learned a lot about behaviour modification and child and youth development while supporting individuals to reduce stress, strengthen relationships, reach goals, and build resiliency. 

Natasha is incredibly passionate about supporting people to achieve their dreams and strongly believes that with the right support, regardless of your past, anything is possible. Natasha is excited to share her knowledge, experience, and positivity to YOUCAN Youth Services and be a part of the team empowering all youth in our community.   

When Natasha is not at work you can find her running, hiking, cooking, trying out new restaurants or spending time with her partner, friends, and family.
