About Neeve Drumond

Neeve’s journey in social services began with a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities. Early in her career, she worked closely with people facing various challenges, where she developed a deep understanding of empathy, patience, and the importance of individualized support. Over time, Neeve’s focus shifted toward working with high-risk youth, and she has found her calling in helping young people navigate the complex challenges they face. Neeve’s goal is to be a consistent, reliable presence in their lives—whether it’s helping them find resources, advocating for their needs, or just offering a listening ear.

Currently, as a Relentless Youth Outreach Worker Neeve works directly with high-risk youth, supporting them in areas like housing, legal support, mental health care, and employment. She is committed to building strong, trusting relationships with the youth she serves, offering consistent outreach and connecting them with the resources they need to thrive.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Alberta, Neeve brings a solid understanding of human behavior and societal systems to her work. Neeve’s experiences both personal and professional have shaped her empathetic approach, which she believes has the power to create change.

Driven by a commitment to social justice, Neeve is passionate in her approach to empowering young people by building trust and finding practical ways to help young people overcome their barriers. Neeve feels a deep sense of gratitude to work with the individuals she does, privileged to be able to hear their stories, learn from their resiliency, and support them in creating a brighter future.
