Through our Road to Work and VERTO Project programs, we prepare young individuals for employment and connect them with employers like you. 1. Access to Job-Ready Candidates
Both programs rigorously vet participants through a competitive selection process to ensure they demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and readiness to work. By the time participants reach their work placements, they are prepared to integrate into your team seamlessly.

2. Comprehensive Pre-Employment Training
Participants receive extensive training tailored to equip them with essential workplace skills, allowing you to focus on training them in role-specific tasks. Training includes:

• Personal and Professional Time Management
• Conflict Resolution
• Public Speaking
• Effective Communication
• Stress Management
• Professional Conduct and Presentation

Additionally, participants in the Road to Work program can receive certifications such as:

• CSTS
• Fall Protection
• Confined Space Entry and Monitor
• Mobile Elevating Work Platforms

3. Ongoing Support
Participants have access to our Transitional Outreach Workers, who provide mentorship and guidance during their work experience. This ensures they transition smoothly into the workforce, reducing the onboarding burden on your team.

4. Wage Subsidy Program
To help offset hiring costs, both programs offer a 50% wage subsidy for the 12-week work experience placement:

• Funded by the Province of Alberta for Road to Work.
• Funded by Service Canada for VERTO Project.

5. Flexible Staffing Options
There’s no obligation to retain participants after their placements. While many employers find our participants to be excellent long-term fits, staffing decisions remain entirely yours. If issues arise, we’re here to help address them.
