Dave Jamieson is a veteran broadcaster and sports executive with extensive experience in the local sports and media market. Originally from Vancouver, B.C., he spent 14 years as the Director of Marketing, Communications, and Broadcast for the Edmonton Eskimos. Following his tenure with the Eskimos (now known as the Elks), he served as the President of the Edmonton Rush lacrosse team. Dave hosted the Dave Jamieson Show on TSN 1260 Radio until the station went off the air recently.
Currently navigating the challenges of living with cancer, Dave has undergone surgery and radiation treatments for oropharyngeal cancer. He found hope and physical strength through his participation in the Alberta Cancer Exercise program and has been actively involved in charitable initiatives, serving as the Chair of BrainCare Alberta and a Director of the Edmonton Eskimos Alumni Association.
