About Morgan Shott

Morgan was born and raised in Edmonton and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Operations Manager position. Morgan has a strong finance background and over a decade of involvement in the non-profit sector. Her primary focus has been on assisting those at-risk in our community, and she has honed her skills in this area while serving in various roles.

Having witnessed firsthand the unique obstacles faced by young individuals in Edmonton and Central Alberta, Morgan possesses a good understanding of their challenges. Her leadership approach is characterized by empathy, compassion, and an unwavering determination to foster an environment where at-risk youth can excel. Recognizing the significance of co-operation, she closely collaborates with diverse teams of professionals, volunteers, and community partners to ensure the success of our youth and organization.

In Morgans spare time, you can find her with family, friends, volunteering, or at the dog park with her Golden-Doodle, Lady.
