The Employment Coach helps young people gain skills, secure employment in construction and related trades, and develop the confidence and self-advocacy skills needed for long-term success. We are specifically seeking candidates with experience in the trades, construction, road work, or related industries, as your technical understanding will be essential when coaching youth transitioning into these environments.

The core function of the Relentless Youth Outreach Worker (RYOW) is to engage and support at-risk youth in a process of change over time resulting in long term, sustainable behaviour changes that allow young people to move out of their current negative situation and into safe and healthy lives. The RYOW will work closely with team members, supervisors and other support workers to ensure that each young person is ready, willing and able to bring about some form of change in their lives.
