Working under the Executive Director, the Community Engagement and Volunteer Coordinator will plan and manage volunteer programs and outreach efforts, fostering relationships with community members and key stakeholders.

Employment Coach – Road to Work (R2W) Program.

The Employment Coach helps young people gain skills, secure employment in construction and related trades, and develop the confidence and self-advocacy skills needed for long-term success. We are specifically seeking candidates with experience in the trades, construction, road work, or related industries, as your technical understanding will be essential when coaching youth transitioning into these environments.
