The Facilitator and Transitional Outreach Worker plays a multifaceted role, combining responsibilities in classroom facilitation and outreach support for at-risk youth enrolled in our employment programs, including the R2W program and Verto Project. This hybrid opportunity allows the candidate to teach in the classroom while providing crucial outreach support to youth, ensuring their successful transition into meaningful employment opportunities.
